Almost any color can be printed, including full-color graphics. White, black, and vibrant colors look best.

The colored background may affect the final appearance of the print. White ink cannot be printed on colored BioThane. The best quality is achieved on white BioThane.

Yes, UV printing allows for detailed printing of logos, text, and more complex graphics with high resolution. It is printed on white BioThane.

UV printing is waterproof and resists common dirt. However, we recommend avoiding aggressive chemicals and abrasive cleaning agents.

Just wipe it with a damp cloth or a mild soap solution. Do not use strong solvents or brushes or rough sponges.

Yes, it is very durable, but extreme mechanical stress may affect its appearance over time. Damage can also occur with repeated bending in one spot, prolonged exposure to rough surfaces, contact with abrasive materials, or frequent twisting under high pressure.

We print on standard widths of Beta BioThane 520 Standard. The most popular widths are 38 and 25, where detail is sufficiently visible. In the future, we plan to print on 19 mm.

The length of the print is max. 160 cm, all products are offered in lengths of 60, 100, 160 cm. If you wish for a different length, please contact us.

UV printing is detailed, colorful, and water-resistant. Laser engraving removes the top layer of BioThane and creates permanent marking, but without color. Screen printing is suitable for larger series but is not as detailed as UV printing.

In most cases, printing is done only on one side, but yes, we can print on both sides, just keep in mind that the strap is a bit stiffer due to the printing. The cost of printing is relatively increased.

No, UV printing is flexible and adapts to the movement of the strap without cracking or peeling. However, extreme bending may cause slight wear. We recommend avoiding excessive bending of the strap at the print area.

Yes, we offer personalized prints including names, contacts, logos, and other graphic elements; please contact us for this service.

The minimum quantity depends on the complexity of the print, but usually, individual pieces can be ordered; please contact us for this service.

The production time ranges from 7 to 14 working days depending on the complexity of the order.

We try to print every week or every other week. Your order must be placed and paid for by Monday at the latest. The printing and delivery time then depends on the number of orders.

UV printing is waterproof and resists common dirt. However, we recommend avoiding aggressive chemicals and abrasive cleaning agents. Clean with water, liquid soap, JAR, and wipe with a cloth.

We automatically offer QR payment, accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers via IBAN.

Yes, all payments are secured and processed through verified payment gateways with encryption.

We support payments in EUR and CZK. When paying by bank transfer, it is necessary to use the correct IBAN.

Yes, we automatically send an invoice with VAT after payment confirmation to your email.

Yes, if you are a VAT payer within the EU and provide a valid VAT number when ordering, we can issue you an invoice without VAT (reverse charge). Your VAT number must be verifiable in the VIES system. Please contact us in advance.

If the goods are in stock, we try to ship them as soon as possible, often the same or the next working day. If we need to reprint it, then max 7-10 days. We print every week or every other week.

To a box or to an address. We cooperate with several carriers, mainly with DPD, PPL. Currently, for delivery in the Czech Republic, we send packages to the nearest BOX or pickup point. For abroad, we use DPD.

Standardly 2-3 working days within the Czech Republic, 2-5 working days outside the Czech Republic.

The shipping cost within the Czech Republic is uniform according to your choice to a box 99 CZK or to home for 119 CZK. The shipping cost to Slovakia is 199 CZK. Orders over 3000 CZK in the Czech Republic are free to the BOX and over 10000 CZK in Slovakia are free to the ADDRESS.

Yes, in the Czech Republic, by prior arrangement, you can pick up the order at our showroom in Beroun.

Yes, we deliver to EU countries. The shipping cost varies depending on the destination and weight.

The carrier will inform you and arrange with you for another delivery attempt or storage at a pickup point. If you do not pick up the goods even on the second attempt, it will be returned to us. The costs for resending will be calculated and sent to you for payment.

If you find that your package is incomplete, contains incorrect items, or you received a different design than you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us a photo of the package contents along with your order number to our email or WhatsApp (+420 608 578 518). We will investigate the situation as quickly as possible and offer you a suitable solution for your satisfaction.

After receiving the goods, please check them carefully. Later complaints may not be considered. Send us detailed photos, a video of the defective product, and include the order number. Upon receiving the materials, we will assess them promptly and get back to you. Please note that minor deviations in print shade are not considered a defect.

Contact us by email or phone and describe the problem. Attach photos of the defective product and provide the order number. If it is necessary to return the goods, you bear the costs of sending them to us in the Czech Republic. After receiving the complained goods, we will check them and inform you of the result of the complaint no later than 30 days.

If the complaint is unjustified (e.g., damage due to improper use, normal wear), the customer pays the shipping costs. In case of withdrawal from the contract within the 14-day period, the customer pays the costs of return shipping without the right to a refund.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods if the order was made remotely and it was not a custom-made product. The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for personalized goods. To withdraw, please contact us by email or phone. After receiving the goods, we will refund your money within 14 days using the same payment method.
